March’s Driving Good Youth & Mentor Spotlight celebrates three talented female technicians who are building careers in the automotive industry at H+H. In honor of National Women’s Month, we are proud to recognize these women for their dedication, skill, and commitment to learning and growing within our service departments at H+H Jeep Dodge Ram and H+H Kia.
Their stories reflect the importance of mentorship, opportunity, and hands-on experience in helping the next generation of technicians succeed.
Apprentices Building the Future
One of the spotlighted technicians is currently participating in the H+H Apprenticeship Program, a hands-on training experience designed to help students explore careers in automotive service. The program includes 12 weeks of rotations across multiple H+H locations, giving apprentices exposure to different vehicle brands, experienced mentors, and a variety of shop environments.
At H+H Jeep Dodge Ram, Taylor Dixson is building her skills through the MOPAR CAPS Program, which provides specialized training for students pursuing careers as technicians within the MOPAR network. Programs like CAPS allow students to combine classroom learning with hands-on experience in a professional dealership environment.

Full-Time Technicians Growing Their Careers
In addition to apprentices, this month’s spotlight also recognizes two women who are already working full-time in H+H service departments and continuing to grow their careers in automotive service.
Michaela Menard serves as a Maintenance Technician at H+H Kia, where she plays an important role in keeping customers’ vehicles running safely and efficiently.

At H+H Jeep Dodge Ram, Riley Kemmerer works as a Quick Service Technician, helping customers stay on the road with essential maintenance services and inspections.

These roles are often the foundation for long-term careers in automotive service, providing valuable experience and opportunities for advancement.
Nurturing Tomorrow’s Leaders
At H+H, we believe the future of the automotive industry depends on investing in people. Programs like the H+H Apprenticeship Program and partnerships with career and technical education programs help create meaningful pathways for students and young professionals to enter the industry.
Mentorship is at the heart of our culture. Experienced technicians and leaders work closely with apprentices and new team members to share knowledge, build confidence, and develop the skills needed for long-term success.
By supporting and empowering talented individuals like Taylor, Michaela, and Riley, H+H continues to help shape the next generation of automotive leaders.
During National Women’s Month, we are especially proud to celebrate the growing number of women pursuing careers in automotive service and contributing their expertise to the industry every day.
